MAGNUS ALPHA will have 15 (fifteen) business days after receiving the request or after the owner provides any additional information required by MAGNUS ALPHA, in order to attend the request and answer if MAGNUS ALPHA will accept or not the request. If MAGNUS ALPHA accepts the request, MAGNUS ALPHA will implement it within the following 5 (five) business days. When justified, such term can be extended by MAGNUS ALPHA one time and for the same length of time.

The answer to any request will be notified, as deemed convenient by MAGNUS ALPHA, either by e-mail or by means of a printed document that will be delivered to the owner of the personal data.
